I\u00a0have two\u00a0kids One\u00a0Daughter (7th Grade)\u00a0and\u00a0Son(Kindergarden).My wife wants to go back to india\u00a0along\u00a0with\u00a0kids\u00a0for which I am not\u00a0interested due to career growth\u00a0of my elder child. my question, Can I stop legally my kids go back to\u00a0india. I am not bothered about my wife. Let her go toinida.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This isn\u2019t really an immigration issue, it is more of a family law issue.\u00a0In order to prevent your wife from taking the kids to India, assuming you are located in Illinois, you\u2019ll need to petition the Circuit Court for custody of the children.\u00a0Then you will have authority over where they will reside.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I am\u00a0H1B working\u00a0fulltime\u00a0for one IT company.
