USCIS suspected fraud and misrepresentation in this case and also hinted at the potential revocation of his approved I-140.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The client was partially at fault, as he remained with AZ Technology LLC for some time after discovering the company&#8217;s fraudulent activities.
